Man Charged In Deadly Shooting

DENVER (CBS4)– The Denver District Attorney has formally charged a man accused in a murder and an assault on Osceola Street last month.Daniel Gutierrez has been charged with first-degree murder and second-degree assault.The charges allege that on April 22, Gutierrez, 30, shot and killed Jairo Perez, 30, and assaulted another man with a chain in the 200 block of Osceola Street before he was arrested by police.Daniel Gutierrez (credit: Denver Police Department)
