Man Charged In Attack On Gay Man

DENVER (CBS4)– The Denver District Attorney has formally charged a man accused of attacking a gay man.Sean Boylan has been charged with third-degree assault, criminal mischief and bias-motivated crime causing injury.The charges allege that about 1:30 a.m. Sept. 10, Boylan assaulted a 32-year-old man as he left a bar near Colfax and Washington, knocking him down and destroying his cell phone. The charges further allege that the attack was based on Boylan’s perception that the victim w
