Man Arrested After Escaping Custody

LOVELAND, Colo. (CBS4)– The man wanted by Larimer County Sheriff’s deputies was arrested on Thursday afternoon, about 20 hours after he escaped from custody.William Morgan was arrested about 1 p.m. Thursday in an apartment near where he had initially been taken into custody on Wednesday afternoon. The occupants of that apartment were interviewed by investigators.
