EL PASO COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4) – A father in El Paso County faces charges after allegedly challenging his daughter to a duel.
Deputies arrested Robert Williams, 38, Wednesday after shots were fired at a home on South Calhan Road. Investigators say Williams was arguing with his daughter and it escalated.
