Man Accused In State Trooper’s Death Reaches Plea
DOUGLAS COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4) – A plea deal has been reached in the case of the man accused of hitting and killing a Colorado State Trooper.
Eric Henderson, a 52-year-old retired colonel with the U.S. Army, will not be immediately sentenced.
A hearing will be held at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday to announce the details of the plea.
He is accused in a hit and run that killed Trooper Jamie Jursevics. She was on the scene of a crash on Interstate 25 south of Castle Rock in November when Henderson,
