Man Accused In Hash Oil Explosion Formally Charged

DENVER (CBS4) – Charges have been filed against a man accused of starting a fire with a hash oil explosion last month.
Formal charges were filed against Nicholas Castro, 22, on Friday.

The explosion and fire caused major damage to a building on Quebec Street and a firefighter was injured.
Castro is due back in court next month.
