‘Pastels On 5th’ Covers Sidewalks With Art & Donates To Crime Prevention

LOVELAND, Colo. (CBS4) – Sidewalk art took over downtown Loveland on Saturday as people created for a good cause.
Founded in 2011, “Pastels on 5th” takes place on the second Saturday of September, on 5th Street by the Loveland Museum.
Judges and visitors select their favorite works by professional, amateur, and student artists. The event benefits a group devoted to preventing crimes.
