Loveland Ski Area Begins Snowmaking

LOVELAND SKI AREA, Colo. (CBS4) – The race to open has begun as snowmaking gets underway at ski areas.
Loveland announced Friday morning that they flipped the switch and began making snow overnight. Snow guns at the ski resort were ready to go on Oct. 2, but have been waiting for proper weather conditions.
