Lawsuit: Erie High student wrongfully expelled, arrested over 'unsubstantiated' threat

An Eriefamily is suing the St. Vrain Valley School District and the Erie Police Departmentin federal court, alleging their son was wrongfully arrested and expelled from school over "unsubstantiated threatening behavior.
