DENVER (CBS4) – Lawmakers have come up with a plan to bring back Colorado’s presidential primary and will outline a bill on Thursday at the state Capitol to fix voters’ frustrations.
Lines stretched for blocks as people waited for hours to vote in Colorado’s Democratic caucuses in March. Republicans were frustrated at the process as well.
