Lavish Features Cut From Over-Budget Denver VA Hospital

AURORA, Colo. (AP) — The new construction bosses at an over-budget veterans hospital outside Denver say they’re saving money by scaling back landscaping and using Colorado stone instead of Brazilian imports.
