Latest Forecast: Warming & Gradual Drying Trend Ahead

By Chris SpearsDENVER (CBS4) – We’re tracking some afternoon storms around Colorado, some of which will last into the early evening.
We’ve seen a few of these storms get strong to severe on the southeastern plains.Locally heavy rain is still possible in a few locations but the threat for flash flooding is much lower than we’ve seen in recent days.
Starting tomorrow we’ll flip the switch to a drier and much warmer forecast for the first week of July.
