DENVER (CBS4) – Across the region we have an interesting mix of above average heat, monsoon flow and leftovers from former tropical storm Javier trickling up into the Central Rockies.
This will mean one more hot day across the eastern plains with isolated thunderstorms developing as the day goes on. There is a cooler change in the works starting on Thursday with a few more 80s making their way into northeastern Colorado along with the usual isolated afternoon thunderstorms
