Latest Forecast: Unsettled Thursday Evening, Hot For Friday

DENVER (CBS4) – Thunderstorms rolled through the Denver metro area on Thursday night with some of the most impressive lightning we’ve seen all season. At one point, there were over 1,500 lightning strikes statewide over a period of 15 minutes. Heavy rain came with some of the slower storms, but generally the moisture was a welcome sight.
