Latest Forecast: Records May Fall Today As Temperatures Soar

DENVER (CBS4) – The combination of sunshine and a southwesterly wind over Colorado will push temperatures into record territory for Denver and the Front Range. The current record for October 14 is 85° set 54 years ago in 1962.
Although the wind could occasionally gust over 20 mph, the fire danger is not high enough for a Red Flag Warning except in Wyoming where gusts will be stronger.
