Latest Forecast: Much Cooler Temperatures On The Way

DENVER (CBS4) – We’ll get a bit of a break from the heat today with temperatures dropping to the mid 80s for the Front Range and foothills. The eastern plains remain pretty hot with highs in the mid 90s. A cool day in the mountains with the 60s for most areas. For the most part, we have a dry day ahead in the Denver area. However, the mountains and out west could see heavier rain during the day and well into the evening.
