Latest Forecast: More Storms Possible With Hot Temperatures

DENVER (CBS4) – Our morning sunshine and mild conditions will soon give way to afternoon storms. We’ll heat up very quickly today, with highs in the mid 90s in the early afternoon. There should be plenty of sunshine through the lunch hour, but storms could start to pop up as early as 2:00 pm in the Denver area.
Our risk for severe weather today expands all the way to the high country and out to the eastern plains. The biggest threats today will be wind and lightning
