Latest Forecast: More Afternoon & Evening Storms Today

DENVER (CBS4) – Scattered thunderstorms will continue to pop up throughout the afternoon and early evening.
A few of these will be strong to severe at times with brief heavy rain, gusty wind, deadly cloud-to-ground lightning and hail.
Northeast Colorado has the highest risk for severe weather once again.
Cooler weather and more rain and storms will be in the cards for tomorrow and Friday with a slight warming and drying trend by early next week.Watch meteorologist Lauren
