Latest Forecast: Moisture Packed Storm Will Move Out Late In The Day

DENVER (CBS4) – A much-needed moisture packed system blasted Colorado with rain and snow. The combination of a cold front from the northwest and a low pressure storm system spinning over southern parts of the state teamed up for a healthy dose of rain and wet snow to get Tuesday rolling. The storm system delivered anywhere from a tenth of an inch of rain to over a half-inch for some areas Tuesday morning. Snowfall amounts ranged from 3 to 6 inches in the northern mountains
