Latest Forecast: Friday Cools Down Along With More Storms

DENVER (CBS4) – Cooler air is continuing to ooze down across the eastern plains. This combined with warmer/moist air from the west will keep showers and thunderstorms going into the evening over the eastern plains. The clouds will linger late into the night.
This may inhibit seeing the peak of the Perseid Meteor shower Thursday night. There will be some clearing after 1 am Thursday night into Friday morning. That would be good time as the best viewing will be after mo
