Latest Forecast: Flash Flood Watch West, Much Cooler East

First a strong cool front raced across the eastern plains this morning dropping our temperatures by 20 degrees in most locations. The cool weather will stick around through Friday.The second concern we have is a shift in the upper-level wind pattern which is bringing a lot of moisture into the state.
