DENVER (CBS4) – A cloudy and mild start to the day for the Denver area. Overnight, heavy rainfall for the Colorado Springs area dropped over an inch in many places. We saw a little light right, but overall just cloudy for Denver. Later today, we could see a few isolated storms that could bring moderate to heavy rain. Most of the activity today should stay south of I-70, where pockets of heavy rain are possible along with small hail.
