By Ed GreeneDENVER (CBS4) – Another winter storm moving east from California will bring Pacific moisture to our mountains and that means heavy snow.It also means only scattered snow showers at best for Denver and the eastern plains.Mountains get their moisture from the Pacific, and here is the east our moisture that results in heavy snow comes from the Gulf in an “upslope” configuration.So once again, most mountain locations are under a Winter Weather Advisory or winter Storm W
