Latest Forecast: Another Hot Day, Big Cool Down Soon

DENVER (CBS4) – Close but no cigar for our record high today in Denver. We hit 98 degrees, just one degree shy of tying our daily record high of 99 degrees. Plenty of heat in Colorado, we had triple digits temperatures in Grand Junction and parts of the eastern plains.
Still hot tomorrow, we’ll have highs in the upper 80s and low 90s across eastern Colorado. Storms are possible across the state, but some of them could turn severe from the foothills to the plains. Ha
