Latest Forecast: A Mostly Fair and Warm Holiday Weekend Coming Up

DENVER (CBS4) – Our holiday weekend kicked off with severe storms over northeastern Colorado.Storm Warnings, Flash Flood Warning and even tornado warning were all posted during the afternoon. We did have a confirmed tornado 11 miles northwest of Yuma just after 4pm. Storms were also found across the south central, southeastern and northwestern portions of the state, but no warning were posted.
