Latest Forecast: A Hot Weekend With Temperatures Getting Back Into the 90s

By Ed GreeneDENVER (CBS4) – Friday, Denver reached 90 degrees officially at the airport – which is just one degree above what is normal for this time of year – and 92 degrees downtown.Showers and thunderstorms were only widely scattered across the state, mainly found over the eastern plains and a few high country locations. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch was issued through the early evening hours for southeastern sections of the state.
