Kidnapping Victim Found Safe, Suspect Arrested

LOVELAND, Colo. (CBS4)– A woman who was the subject of a search in Northern Colorado has been found safe.The Larimer County Sheriff’s Office said that she was found safe during a traffic stop in Loveland shortly after 1 a.m. Saturday.An adult male in the vehicle was taken into custody for allegations of second-degree kidnapping and robbery.
