Kidnapping Suspects Appear Before Judge

JEFFERSON COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4)– Three kidnapping suspects appeared before a judge on Friday. A fourth remains at large.
The suspects in the case demanded ransom for the safe exchange of the 27-year-old man they kidnapped. That man — Andres Flores-Paredes — is now safe.
