Judge To Rule On Planned Parenthood Shooting Defendant’s Mental State

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (AP) – A judge is expected to rule Wednesday on whether a man who acknowledged killing three people at a Colorado Springs Planned Parenthood clinic is mentally competent to continue with his criminal case.
Judge Gilbert Martinez heard more testimony Tuesday from a psychologist who examined 57-year-old Robert Dear.
Dear is charged with murder, attempted murder and other counts in the Nov. 27 shootings at the Colorado Springs clinic. Nine people were injured.
