Judge Refuses To Unseal Planned Parenthood Shooting Documents

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (AP) – A judge has refused for now to unseal details of the case against Colorado Springs Planned Parenthood shooter Robert Lewis Dear.
Judge Gilbert A. Martinez said Wednesday it’s too early in the case to unseal search and arrest warrants, but he’ll reconsider the issue later.
