Judge: Colo. hitchhiker competent to stand trial for murder

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (AP) — A Colorado judge has ruled that a hitchhiker accused of fatally stabbing a man who gave him a cross-country ride is mentally fit to stand trial.
