Jogger On Sidewalk Struck By Hit & Run Driver

DOUGLAS COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4)– Investigators in Douglas County are searching for a driver who struck a jogger on the sidewalk and then drove away.
Deputies say a woman was jogging about 6:35 a.m. Tuesday on the sidewalk in the area of South University Boulevard near Crossland Way when she was struck by a vehicle.The driver did not stop and drove away. Investigators are examining vehicle parts left at the scene and are working to compile a suspect vehicle description.
