Jeffco Inmate Commits Suicide, 4th Jail Death This Year

By Brian MaassGOLDEN, Colo. (CBS4) – A 32-year-old inmate at the Jefferson County Jail took his own life Thursday night in the fourth in-custody death at the jail this year.
The man was in the jail on traffic charges including careless driving. Jacki Kelley, a spokesperson for the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Department, said more information would be released soon.
