Inmate Freed By Judge, Taken Into Custody By ICE

AURORA, Colo. (CBS4)– A family in Aurora is heartbroken after a judge granted freedom to an inmate, who was released early, only to have him taken into custody by Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
Rene Lima-Marin was sentenced to 98 years in prison for armed robbery. He was released early by mistake and spent six years leading a productive life before he was once again sent back to prison to serve the rest of his sentence.
