IKEA Considers Broomfield As Site Of Second Denver-Area Store

DENVER (CBS4) – IKEA announced Thursday that it has identified a site in Broomfield that could be the location of their second store in the Denver metro area.
The potential IKEA site is located at the intersection of Interstate 25 and East Baseline Road, and sits on a 123-acre parcel of land 17 miles north of downtown Denver.
“A store in this retail corridor would … provide customers in the northern part of the Front Range an IKEA store closer to them,” said IKEA U.
