I-70 Shut Down Due To Serious Crash

VAIL, Colo. (CBS4) – Interstate 70 WAs shut down in the mountains due to a serious crash.
The Colorado Department of Transportation says it happened in the eastbound lanes west of the tunnel.OPEN- EB I-70 @ MM 213,after crash clean up;No restrictions in place;Heavy traffic remains

The interstate was closed for approximately 30 minutes as a result of the accident. It reopened again shortly after 3 p.m., according to CDOT.
