Human remains found in Boulder County identified

Human remains found in July in Boulder County, near Eldora Mountain Resort, have been identified.
Remains found July 16, 2016, north of Peterson Lake in Nederland are those of a Denver man, Ervin Mettler, according to the Boulder County coroner’s office.
“The cause and manner of death are pending further investigation,” the coroner’s office said.
