Homicide Investigation Underway Near Interstate 225

AURORA, Colo. (CBS4) – A person was found dead in Aurora and a person of interest is in custody after the incident.
Police said they are investigating the death as a homicide.
The body was found late Saturday night in a field next to a creek that runs between the 1000 Block of Interstate 225 and North Potomac Street.
Police said in a statement released Sunday afternoon they are not releasing any names of anyone involved, but they did reveal that the person in custody is male.
