Home Invasion, Robbery Suspect Leads Officers On 2 Chases Before Shootout Death

BRIGHTON, Colo. (CBS4)– A home invasion/robbery suspect led authorities on two different chases 12 hours apart before he was captured and then shot by officers.
Multiple agencies were involved in the second chase of a robbery suspect that began in Longmont Tuesday night. It ended on Highway 85 just north of Platteville, where the driver displayed a firearm and officers fired shots in response.
