Hit & Run Victim Asks Driver To Come Forward

DENVER (CBS4)– The family of a woman seriously injured by a hit-and-run driver is asking the suspect to come forward.
Amber Pennington was stopped at a red light near 66th Avenue and Federal Boulevard early Friday morning when a car slammed into her scooter from behind.
