Henthorn To Appeal Guilty Verdict

DENVER (CBS4)– Harold Henthorn, convicted earlier this week of murdering his second wife, Toni, will appeal the conviction according to comments made Friday by his attorney, Craig Truman.
“There will be an appeal in this case,” Truman told CBS4. “We are considering the issues that could be raised on appeal.”
