Hearing Could Put Teen Back In Juvenile Court For Murder Plot

DENVER (CBS4) – One of the teens accused of plotting a murderous attack on a high school in Highlands Ranch could get information Tuesday on when a crucial hearing will happen.According to the 18th Judicial District Attorney George Brauchler, the judge will likely set a date for a reverse transfer hearing in one of the teenage girls accused of threatening students and staff at Mountain Vista High School.
