Hanging Halloween Decor Removed After Complaints

LEADVILLE, Colo. (CBS4)– What some described as a decoration that was too creepy for Halloween, a mannequin hanging from a street light, was removed from a neighborhood in Leadville.
The hanging decoration was found on Mt. Lincoln in West Park with a rope around its neck and seemed to have the hands bound behind its back.
Deputies with the Lake County Sheriff’s Office removed the decoration. It is unclear who hung it from the street light but it sparked a lot of conversation in the c
