Handcuffed drug suspect escapes Larimer County patrol car

A drug suspect arrested on an outstanding felony warrant in Loveland on Wednesday escaped from the back of a patrol car after he had been handcuffed. He remains at large.
The incident unfolded just before 5 p.m., when Larimer County sheriff’s deputies went to the 700 block of 16th Street SW in Loveland to serve an arrest warrant on William Robert Morgan for failure to appear on a drug charge, according to a sheriff’s office news release.
