Haas: ‘Back From Vacation!’

Back from vacation!

Didn’t run a lot during my 2 week trip to Greece, but I did grow my best beard ever, and went for a few short runs (mostly to take selfies overlooking the sea).
3 months until Rock’n’Roll now, and I feel good about where I’m at. Tuesday’s run was rained out, and I was a bit sluggish at the early morning Thursday run, but I felt strong at the group run on Saturday.
We ran on the East-West regional
