Guilty Plea From Man Who Vandalized Officer Memorial

DENVER (CBS4)– The man accused of vandalizing the Fallen Officer Memorial in the plaza at the Denver Police Headquarters has pleaded guilty.

In court, Guerrero apologized for crossing the line from free speech to vandalism.Guerrero, 25, poured and sprayed paint ov
