Group Claims BLM Is Trying To Wipe Out Wild Horse Population

DENVER (CBS4)– There were two cases presented to the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals Monday, both involving the Bureau of Land Management’s Wild Horse and Burro Advisory Board and the management of wild horse populations in Wyoming.
The first case presented Monday is regarding private land owners and whether the BLM should be allowed to use a request by those land owners to remove wild horses that cross into private property. Some organizations call the request an &ldquo
