Grass Fire Continues To Burn, Transformer May Be To Blame

LARIMER COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4)– A grass fire continued to burn on Monday morning north of Lyons in Larimer County.
The Dakota Ridge Fire burning off Dry Creek Drive southwest of Carter Lake been estimated at 25 acres and classified as slow moving.
Some people in the area of Rabbit Mountain, including hikers, have been alerted to the fire. They have not been given evacuation orders but have been told to stay alert if the situation changes.
