Governor's lieutenant governor nominee won't seek higher office

Donna Lynne, a Kaiser Permanente executive tapped by Gov. John Hickenlooper Wednesday tobe his next lieutenant governor, said she has no plans to run for the top job in two years, but that she is doggedly committed to public service.
