DENVER (CBS4)– Get ready to shred and ride the rails right in the heart of the city now that Ruby Hill Rail Yard is open for the season.This is the 10th year for Ruby Hill Rail Yard where boarders and skiers hit the slopes for free.Volunteers with Denver Parks and Recreation and Winter Park Resort started making snow on Dec. 28, 2015 at the free urban terrain park.The rail yard features six to eight rails and boxes of varying terrain conditions and skill levels.
